Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 5:30-7:00 PM at the River Garden Kitchen

Join Lini Mazumdar for a fun, hands-on class on blending and using Indian spices.  Together we will make dry and fresh spice blends including Garam Masala and Panch Phuran (a fresh, basic, must-have spice blend). We will also learn how to make Ghee and an Ayurvedic Milk recipe for restful sleep. Lini will talk about how to use all of these ingredients in different recipes, as well as their health benefits from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Registration opens on November 5, 2017. There is a $25 class fee and participants receive recipes and spices to take home. The River Garden Kitchen is located at 157 Main Street, Brattleboro, VT.
